We are a marine navigation software company in a strong growth phase looking for the right individual to handle a variety of administrative tasks. Many customers are on the East Coast, so relatively early start time is preferred. Strong customer service experience is a must.
Responsibilities Include
Greeting vendors, partners and customers that come to the office
Answering the phone, and either transferring the call or assigning an appropriate ticket in our in-house system and basic customer support
Assisting with shipping and office management/organization
Customer relations
Accounting assistance, depending on experience
Requirements Include
Customer service experience
Working knowledge of PBX phone system protocols
MS Office, Outlook, (QuickBooks, Slack, and Quip a plus)
